Important Information regarding visiting the salon....
Here is an overall outlook for what our new 'normal' will look like in the salon following the COVID-19 pandemic:
All visitors to the salon will now need to wear a mask throughout the entire appointment. Please feel free to bring your own if you have one, if not I can provide you with a disposable mask that you’re welcome to take home with you when you leave.
I will be asking each visitor to the salon to complete a short COVID screening form to ensure you haven’t been in contact with any COVID carriers in the past 14 days or that you are not presenting with any of the symptoms before we start your treatments.
All clients must wash their hands with soap and water and dry them with a disposable soft paper towel upon entering the salon, if your having a manicure service please use the provided sanitised nail brush to scrub around and under your nails. I will then apply hand sanitiser as per usual at the manicure table.
Each client will now have their own personal nail file and orange wood stick that will be sanitised at the end of your treatment and stored safely ready for your next visit.
For now complimentary refreshments will be limited to just bottled water (which must leave the salon with you). Tea/coffee etc will return as soon as I’m allowed to offer it again.
I ask that you arrive on time to your appointment, come alone and refrain from touching any of your belongings including your mobile phone once yours hands have been sanitised until your treatments are complete. I will be allowing extra time between appointments to ensure everything is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.
If at any point leading up to your appointment you think you may have been exposed to COVID or start to show any symptoms please contact me to reschedule your appointment.
On a final note I will be operating on reduced hours until September due to school holidays/childcare so please do book in advance where possible to avoid disappointment. (If you do need to cancel or rearrange your appointment please be courteous and give as much notice as possible, as appointments are limited.)
Please feel free to ask any questions you may have, I want you to feel as comfortable as possible whilst enjoying the salon environment and your treatments.
